- Mission/aim:
Fostering and promoting academic interaction between Central Asia and the United States of America by means including, but not limited to establish a centre for
- Assisting English-language scholars who wish to perform research, including of provision of a library, making contacts with appropriate local institutions and helping arrange logistical support for research visits.
- Assisting scholars from Central Asia in establishing programs that will foster academic research and enable scholars to share their work with international academic community, including sponsorship of conferences and obtaining of grants for scholarly research and teaching program.
- Developing of satellite conferencing and distance-learning capabilities to facilitate shared scholarship between Central Asia and United States of America.
- Working in partnership with state institutions and non-governmental organisations (including seeking partners in the United States to assist in these projects) to promote the establishment of English-language faculties in various disciplines such as business and journalism and establishment of English-language liberal arts universities.
- Operating programs for professional training, including management programs for business executives.
