Mission/aim:

Throughout the world, SPIR extends relief aid and development opportunities to those most in need. In Uzbekistan, SPIR seeks to partner with other like-minded registered NGOs in Uzbekistan to assist the most vulnerable populations. Program development and implementation focuses on children, the elderly and the most needy. SPIR believes in partnering with other NGOs to the best accomplishment of the mission.
